This blog isn't just about political stories and bad news. It's also about good things, and the most recent of these was some really exceptional customer service from a bathroom/plumbing supplies shop I visited,  A D Jones Bathrooms in Walthamtow.

I needed something replacing but two parts had got jammed together. Most people would have tried to sell me a complete replacement system but the guys at this shop got some 'heavyweight' tools out and, after a lot of effort, managed to prise apart the broken item from the working item. This saved me money and was good for the environment, as I didn't have to throw away an entire system.

It's not often you see service like that so, thanks a lot!
